Brocton Football club has the most beautiful grounds and is situated just off the first roundabout on Silkmore lane (Quensville end)
There is ample parking and facilities.
Classes are held here on Mondays and Thursdays (see Timetable)

A word from me...
However you choose to join in the classes, I'm really looking forward to see you realise the potential in your body and watch you grow in strength and confidence.
This is exactly why I love teaching, especially when you don't realise how great you can be!
It doesn't matter where your starting from, even if your injured or have an illness your managing. I can adapt the exercises to suit your body until you feel confident in your bodies ability to move well. I just know that with consistency of movement you will be amazed at how your body, mind and your life will change for the better.
